IP Phone services are provided via BTRC-licensed IPTSP operators, including Ranks ITT, Icon Infotech, Royal Green Online and Sarkar Communication. Customers may choose their preferred operator and number availability. AQAIT acts as a service facilitator, providing PBX setup, SIP configuration, and technical support to ensure seamless use of the IP Phone service. Key features include: PBX integration support, SIP access for use with SIP-based apps or desktop software, Free incoming calls (as per operator policy), IP-to-IP calling (subject to operator terms), and multiple users can share a single IP number through PBX configuration.
